The Elkhart County Board of REALTORS® has partnered with 360training.com to offer members the opportunity to complete their 16 hours of continuing education on-line. Courses are available for Brokers, Sales Agents and Appraisers who need to complete their State Licensing. Continuing Education

Quadrennial Code of Ethics Training

Every four years, members are required to take 3.5 hours of Code of Ethics training to maintain their REALTOR? membership. The current cycle begins January 1, 2009 and ends December 31, 2012. Members who are interested in taking the NAR Mandated Code of Ethics Course online can do so by following the link listed below.

The course is free to all members. Members who complete the course are required to send completion information to the Board office prior to the end of the current cycle which is December 31, 2012. Members who have not completed an approved ethics course by the end of the cycle will have their membership suspended as of January 31st and terminated by March 1, 2013.
