The MLS of Elkhart County, in conjunction with GESecurity, offers members a state-of-the-art Lock Box system. The system is designed to offers members all the advantages of current technology.

The system incorporates a point & beam iBox. The iBox offers the following features:

• Helps agents better serve their clients by giving them greater flexibility & control over access to listing keys
• Provides a reliable system for security
• Tracks buyer's agent showings
• Slimmer design, larger key compartment
• Electronic notes & business cards can be stored in the iBox for showing agents
• Leaving a "beware of dog" can ensure a smooth showing

Electronic Access Key Information

The system offers members several choices for accessing the iBox:

eKey Basic: gives members the ability to use their pda or smart phone as an access key.

eKey Professional: gives members the ability to use their pda/smart phone as an access key, allows for downloading of MLS listing every night, retrieves & updates member contact information and offers a mapping component as well.
