HOW TO USE THE PALM EXPORT
Attached is documentation regarding using the Palm Utility to import listings from Paragon to your Palm device.
This is the same exact Palm Utility that was used in REX, nothing has changed.even the name on the utility is identical. So that being said, if you already have this utility, you can import the data right now. If you don't have the utility, you will need to go to the following web page and follow the steps through step 5.

1. Once the application is installed on your computer all you need to do is run a property search in Paragon.
2. Click on Views/Reports.
3. Select the Export Option.
4. From Export click on 'Palm Export'.
5. From this next screen click on 'Export'. This will pull the data out of the system and open up the Palm Export screen. From here it should look very familiar to those who have used this utility in the past.
6. Click on Ok or Export.
7. Now all you need to do is hot sync your Palm device and the listings should appear in the application called 'List'.
HOW TO LOAD A PARTIAL LISTING
1. Click Listings.
2. Select Load Partial.
3. Select the MLS# to load from the list.
4. Click on Search
5. Click on Maintain Partial from the Action Menu.
6. Make any necessary changes. Click the Save link. The listing will now be issued an MLS number.
HOW TO SET-UP AGENT AND LOGO IMAGES
1. Click Preferences > User to display the User Preferences screen.
2. Click on the Application tab.

3. Click Change beside the Logo Image field to find your company logo.
4. The Open Image dialog window appears. Use this to find your company logo. Click the User folder on the left.
5. Click Upload.
6. An Image Upload dialog box will open. Click Browse to find your agent image.
7. The Choose File dialog window appears. Use this to find your agent image. Select the appropriate image.
8. Verify that the name of the file appears in the File Name field. Click Open to replace the image placeholder with the actual agent image.
9. Click the OK link to save the changes.
10. Select the photo you just uploaded and click Insert.
Follow the same procedure for the Agent Image.
