Dear MLS Update:
Is it possible to print labels from my prospect list?
Label Elf
Dear Elf Label:
The ability to print mailing labels from the Contacts and Prospects Manager has been added to the system. A link to Labels has been added to the upper right hand corner of the screen which will allow users to print the selected contacts or prospects. Options will be given to print the selected contacts from the list, All Contacts, or the current contact at the top of the list.

Within the General Section of the Contact Manager an option for Contact Requests Privacy has been added in the Address section. If this option is checked, a mailing label will not be printed for the contact. A warning will also appear on the Select Label Records window:
Contacts that do not have a full address or have requested privacy will not be printed. Only addresses that have been marked as PRIMARY will be used. Users still have the ability to sort Contacts by groups, types, and status from the main window of the Contact Manager. The Contact Manager can only print 250 contacts at one time. Users wishing to print more than 250 contacts will need to use the next button to view the next group of 250 contacts.

Additional Avery Label Formats
Options for Avery Mailing Labels have been expanded to include 5260(25 sheets)/5160(100
sheets) (1” x 2 5/8”), 5261(25 Sheets)/5161(100 sheets) (1” x 4”) have been combined as each of these Avery formats are similar, 5267 (1/2” x 1-3/4”) and 5162 (1-1/3” x 4”) have been added to the menu options. These formats are available in both the standard Agent Mailing Labels and the Contacts/Prospects modules in the Paragon System.
