Membership Meeting - Thursday, April 22, 2004 - 11:30 AM -

The
speaker for the April
membership meeting will be Bill Fattic who works for HUD in
the Field Policy & Management department. Bill is a past
real estate broker and Chief Field Appraiser for HUD. He will
speak to us about HUD"S various programs and policy that
impact the real estate community. If you have any specific
questions you would like HUD to answer, e-mail those questions
to members@ecbor.com
and we will make sure they are submitted to the speaker for
follow through.

Internet
Crusade is coming to town on May 27th. They will present a
program fro the monthly membership meeting and with a seminar
to follow immediately for any members who are interested.
The seminar will discuss how to enhance your Internet skills
and increase your opportunities for success in today's real
estate industry.
The
seminar is free but seating is limited so you must RSVP to

Do

then, attend one of the two training sessions scheduled for
March 8, 2004 at the Board Office from 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM
or 2:30 PM to 4:00 PM.
The
training will be hands-on and you will not be asked to purchase
anything. The goal is to teach you how to utilize all the
functions of your voice mail product.
The
training will also review the basic functions available in
your voice mail such as broadcasting a message to a distribution
list and pressing "a" to answer.
