Dear
MLS Update:
I
cannot find my listing in REALTOR.com or on my Broker's web site
through Broker Reciprocity. Am I looking in the wrong place? It
should be there.

Dear
Minus Listings:
The
first thing you should double check before calling the MLS office
is the field on the input sheet and in the computer called 3rd Party
Web. If this is checked with "N" for no, it will not be
transferred to REALTOR.com or Broker Reciprocity web sites. If you
have a "Y" for yes and it still doesn't appear, call or
email the MLS office at mls@ecbor.com with the details. We will
investigate the problem and take care of it as soon as possible.

Dear
MLS Update:
I
am a new agent and I just got my first listing. I have a question
on the input sheet. What is the Photo Code? Do I have to put something
there or can I leave it blank?
Just
Starting in Goshen
Dear
Just Starting:
The
Photo Code field is not a required field. You can use this field
to either request Supplement Photos or Updated Photos. If you want
one Supplement Photo taken, enter the letter A. If you want 2 Supplement
Photos taken, enter both A and B. If your listing has a winter photo
and you would like a summer photo taken, you can have your staff
person change the Photo Code field to the letter C for update photo.
Please
be aware there is a $6 charge per supplement and updated photo.
If you do not want a supplement or updated photo taken, please leave
the Photo Code field blank.
