HOME WARRANTY PROGRAMS AND THE IMPACT OF RECENT LAW CHANGES

Michelle Craig, District Manager of HMS Midwest and Dan Stayer, Regional Manager of HMS Midwest, will be presenting a program on home warranty programs and outlining risk reduction areas. HMS is one of the largest providers of Errors and Omissions Insurance and home warranties for real estate brokers and agents in the nation as well as the Indiana Association of Realtors, exclusively endorsed home warranty program.

The speaker, Dan Stayer, Regional Manager, has been involved in the marketing of Errors and Omissions Insurance and home warranties to real estate brokers and agents since 1985. In his position as Regional Manager, he has spoken to thousands of real estate agents regarding risk reduction. Dan is a graduate of Ohio State University, majoring in insurance.
