NEW MEMBER ORIENTATION SCHEDULED
Thursday, March 2, 2006

The next orientation class is scheduled for Thursday, March 2, 2006, in the 4th Floor Conference Room of Bayer Federal Credit Union, Elkhart. The class begins at 8:30 AM and ends at 5:00 PM. Lunch will be provided.

Please be advised the By-Laws of the Elkhart County Board of REALTORS® requires all new members to attend orientation that includes a NAR mandated Code of Ethics program within 120 days after provisional membership approval. Failure to satisfy this requirement will result in termination of the provisional membership and forfeiture of your application fees. We ask that you make every effort to attend this orientation class.

You will be inducted as a REALTOR® member immediately following the orientation. Orientation provides you with the necessary information to make the most of your REALTOR® membership. We ask that you call to confirm your attendance so we may prepare all the necessary materials and certificates for the class. Please be advised, new applicants who take the Code of Ethics program outside of the orientation will need submit the documentation of course completion to the Board to apply for a waiver. To be considered for a waiver this must be done prior to orientation. No one will be excused the day of orientation unless they have a written waiver from the Board.
