Dear MLS Update:
Can you explain to me what all the numbers in the Parcel ID stand for? Any information would be helpful.
Parcelled REALTOR Dear Parcelled REALTOR:
In 2002 the parcel index numbering system was changed. It is now structured as "00-00-00-000-000.000-000". The digits indicated references the following:
- The first "00" digits reference the county. All Elkhart County tax numbers begin with the number 20.
- The second "00" digits reference the congressional township and range.
- The third "00" digits reference the section number assigned under the United States public lands survey.
- The fourth "000" digits reference block numbers in urban areas (if no block number is necessary, they remain all zeros).
- The fifth "000.000" digits reference the permanent parcel number assigned to identify each parcel.
- The last "000" digits reference the taxing district in which the parcel is located (if it is only a two digit number the first digit is to remain a zero).
Dear MLS Update:
Does the "My Pending" part of the Market Monitor keep track of all my pendings or just the ones within the timeframe of 24 hours, 3 days, or 7 days?
Pending in Elkhart
Dear Pending:
Pending status listings in Paragon's Market Monitor will no longer follow the 24 Hour, 3 Day or 7 Day dependency. This will now allow for agent's to quickly access all of their current Pending listings via the Market Monitor hyperlinks.
