with additional language added explaining this was a mandatory
conversion. 5 approved 1 opposed to weekly update.
MLS motion passed to add a new disclaimer at the top of
the thumbnail and full listing display to define the top
of the MLS Broker Reciprocity information. The top thumbnail
disclaimer must be located between the MLS Broker Reciprocity
information and any agent or agency branding information.
The new disclaimer shall be located on the top of the full
Broker Reciprocity information display. The new disclaimer
will say: Property Information Provided by MLS of Elkhart
County, Inc.
MLS
motion passed to allow agents the opportunity to participate
in Broker Reciprocity with the permission of their Principal
Broker by linking to the firm's approved Broker Reciprocity
website or by framing the MLS BR product. MLS office will
not be responsible for monitoring agent Broker Reciprocity
websites but will pursue complaints of Broker Reciprocity
agent website violations filed by Participant.

data feed to the corporate site within five days if agent
site is found in violation of the Broker Reciprocity Rules
& Regulations.
