JEFF
DONOVAN - CRESSY & EVERETT - 2004 REALTOR® OF THE
YEAR
Jeff
Donovan was named the Board's 2004 Realtor® of the Year
at the annual Installation/Realtor®/Affiliate of the Year
Banquet.
Jeff
has been a member of the Board since 1992. He has been active
as a committee member, committee chairman, ECBOR & MLS
Board member almost immediately upon acceptance of his application.
He served as President of the MLS and Board of Realtors®
and is currently the Chairman of the Orientation Committee
as well as the instructor for the course. He has recently
been elected to the Position of Region 2 Vice President for
the Indiana Association of Realtors®.
Real
Estate has always been a part of Jeff's life starting with
his grandfather, followed by his father, then his wife, Eileen,
of 25 years and then Jeff in 1992.
Although
real estate is a big part of Jeff's life he also saves time
for his 2 children, 1 nephew, 3 grandchildren and one very
precious dog. Jeff is generous with his time and his spirit.
He is very special to this Board and we are honored to have
him as this year's Realtor® of the Year.
MARK
KRAMER - TERMIGUARD PEST CONTROL - 2004 AFFILIATE OF THE YEAR
Mark
Kramer has been an affiliate of the Elkhart County and St.
Joseph County Board of Realtors® for 20 years.
He
has been involved in his area of business for 30 years and
has owned his own business for 20 years. He is a member of
the LaPorte County, LaGrange County, Lake County and the Southwestern
Michigan Board of Realtors® in addition to the Elkhart
and St. Joe County Boards. He received the Affiliate of the
Year from the South Bend Association of Realtors® in 1987.He
has served on several committees over the years and is currently
the Chairman of the Entertainment committee.
In
addition to the real estate community, Mark serves several
community organizations such as Dissmiss House, Habit for
Humanity, LaCasa, Cancer Society, United Way, St. Margerets
House and the YWCA. He leads a very busy business life but
still finds time to collect antiques and rehab older homes.
He lives with his wife Kerri and has a daughter and two stepsons.
