& Heating, Inc., Michael Church Affiliate.
ECBOR
motion passed to approve the 2004 ECBOR annual budget as
presented.
MLS
passed to approve the 2004 MLS annual budget as presented.
The
MLS Board of Directors appointed a MLS Shared Service task
force who will begin discussions with South Bend on the
possibility of a shared MLS system January 22, 2004. The
contract for the current MLS system expires in October of
2004. Quotes from vendors will be solicited in addition
to working with South Bend.
Motion
passed to adopt the changes submitted by the forms committee.
The changes, which can be viewed by clicking here, will
affect the Purchase Agreement and will be introduced in
the next order. The committee is also considering eliminating
board forms and using the state wide forms which the Board
is in favor of.
2004
Corporate resolutions were adopted by the Board.
Motion
was passed to adopt language into our MLS Rules and Regulation
which would allow the Board of Directors to consider exemptions
for agents of Business, Commercial Industrial offices who
do not use the MLS service. This will be offered for a one
year trial period to see if the exemptions work.
The
next Board of Directors meeting will be Thursday, February12,
2004 at 8:30 a.m. at the Board office.
