2005 Installation and Realtor/Affiliate of the Year Selection

 The Elkhart County Board of Realtors and the MLS will be installing their 2005 Board of Directors. They will also be recognizing the dedication of the 2004 Board of Directors and committee Chair. We will also be recognizing the 2005 Realtor and Affiliate of the Year.

This event has traditionally been held in the evening. We are moving it to a luncheon so more members have an opportunity to be part of the celebration. Please mark you calendars to attend this very special event. The meeting time will be longer than a normal membership meeting.

WELCOME 2005 REALTOR AND MLS PRESIDENTS

We want to take this opportunity to welcome our new Elkhart County Board or REALTORS® President, Dave Myers of Progressive Realty and our new MLS President, Kent Miller Century 21 Landmark-Middlebury. Both Kent and Dave have been actively involved in this organization for many years. We look forward to their leadership and all the knowledge they bring to the position. This year will be a year of many changes and we are lucky to have them as President of the leadership team.

2004 HOLIDAY AUCTION BREAKS RECORDS

The Annual Holiday Charity Auction held at the Matterhorn Restaurant on December 16, 2004 was a great success! We are pleased to announce that attendance at the Auction was the highest in our history with over 300 people in attendance! We want to thank everyone for their participation and generosity. We were able to raise a total of $16,000 – the highest amount ever! The funds will be going to the Elkhart and Goshen Salvation Armies and Riley Children’s Hospital.
