WORK BEGINS ON PARAGON – THE NEW MLS SYSTEM

The MLS task force appointed to assist in developing the business rules and formats for the new MLS system met on Wednesday, January 5, 2005 with the project manager from Fidelity National Information systems. The committee spent over 5 hours reviewing the new system and making the decisions necessary to build the new system.

Information regarding the new system, member hardware requirements, and business rule changes will be sent to all MLS Participants within the next 10 days. The information will also be reviewed at the upcoming MLS Participants meeting. However, we have set up the training sessions and the information is listed below. Classes are mandatory and anyone who cannot attend should contact the Board office as soon as they know they have a conflict. The Paragon Essentials class is open to all members and staff. The Paragon Input class is available only to Brokers and staff.

The classes will be held at the Country Inn and Suites off of Cassopolis Street near the toll road entrance. The location was selected for its availability, high speed internet access and size. Refreshments will not be served but coffee will be available for the morning classes only.
