When I click on the binoculars on a search, the window that appears is yellow or blank. What does this mean?

Dear Blank Space:
Recently, FNIS has found this problem occurring as a result of having the Sun version of Java installed on your PC. To determine if this is the version you have, on the browser Tools menu, click Internet Options. On the Advanced tab, scroll down the list to the HTTP settings and look for the section labeled Jana(SUN). Clear the Use Java 2 option and select the three boxes under Microsoft VM. Close Microsoft Internet Explorer and try again. Chances are you will still have to call for support with this problem so please keep the support number handy. FNIS support number 1-800-347-6367. Remember, the name of our MLS system is Re/Xplorer.
Dear MLS Update:
After clicking the print button to print one of the search results views, several lines or pages of various banners and headers are printed before the actual listing data prints out. How can I fix this?

Dear Clicking:
In Internet Explorer, go to Tools, Internet Options and Advanced and make sure that “Print background colors and images” under Printing header is not checked.
