LOCAL NEWS

OFFICE MOVING UPATE AS OF JANUARY 2006

As of January 3, 2006, we still do not have a specific moving date, however, we are now looking toward the first part of March. At that time, the project to bring high-speed Internet infrastructure to the building should be complete. In addition, the decision to hold off on leasing any space until we move in and adjust to what we will need, allowed us to order furniture for the offices that should be delivered around the same time. We are looking at several options for training areas within the building and will order the furniture needed for those areas when the layout is agreed upon.

The Board of Directors still has a pending purchase agreement for a portion of the Alpha Drive land. The Board of Directors ordered a survey and future site design in October so the task force could evaluate what options are available to the Board. The survey has been completed but we are still waiting for the future site design work to be finished. When both projects are completed, the facilities task force will meet to evaluate what options would work and present the recommendations to the Board. The Board would then make a decision on how to proceed with the purchase agreement.

We realize we have sent out many projected move dates; so please be advised we will notify everyone when we have moved so you will know when to send the mail to that address. Until that time, please send all mail to 3801 S. Main St. Elkhart IN. and not to the Alpha Drive address. Thanks.
