COPYRIGHT AND PERSONAL PROMOTION
The Board made a motion to notify agents they have until August 1, 2005 to replace any photos containing personal promotion or copyright information on the photo. The personal promotion language has been amended to allow agents to enter additional contact information in the Agent Remarks section only. This rule will help the problem of only one agent phone number showing on reports.
The original motion was made on June 9, 2005 and reads as follows: Effective immediately, digital images submitted to the MLS shall be of the listed property, floor plans of the listed property or sketches of the listed property. Digital images shall not contain contact information such as names, phone numbers, email addresses, websites or copyright notices and prohibits the use of embedded, overlaid or digitally stamped information.

ECBOR ANNUAL REALTOR® DUES AND RPAC
The 2006 Annual REALTOR® Dues will be mailed out to the Brokers on August 15, 2005 and will be due October 1, 2005. As last year, the opportunity to donate to RPAC will be a part of the dues billing. We hope this will make it more convenient for you to contribute to RPAC.
Contributions to RPAC are voluntary and are used for political purposes. You may contribute more or less than the amount suggested or refuse to contribute without affecting your membership rights.
Remember, your contribution is an investment in your business and a commitment to preserving the future of your industry. RPAC helps elect officials at the national, state and local levels who support private property rights and the free enterprise system.
