Hot tips for DisplayKEY users:
Here are some helpful hot tips for DisplayKEY users!
RESET KEY
Press Enter and 1 at the same time to reset or restart your DisplayKEY.
BACKLIGHT
In dim light or at night, press and hold the Enter button to turn on your DisplayKEY's backlight.
RESET CRADLE
- If your cradle isn't working properly, unplug it and wait ten seconds, then plug it back in. This resets the cradle and may resolve the problem.
- Enter your PIN code in the comfort of your car. Your DisplayKEY will search for a KeyBox for five minutes, giving you plenty of time to access the listing.
- If you are having trouble getting the keys out of a gray (AEII) KeyBox, push your DisplayKEY tightly against the KeyBox contacts and hold it there.
OPEN iBOX
Remember that iBox key containers do not drop out when opened. Press up on the key container after you hear the fast beeps.

URGENT KEYHOLDER BULLETIN
We recently received notification of a change to the telephone number that your displayKEY uses to perform its eSYNC function. SUPRA has informed us that they are replacing eSYNC phone numbers that are owned by local companies with AT & T owned phone numbers. SUPRA is making this change because AT & T is a large company with many resources, and SUPRA believes that AT & T is equipped to provide optimal phone line services.
To implement this change, follow the directions below. If you need additional assistance, please refer to your Getting Started Guide, or call SUPRA Field Support at (877) 699-6787.
displayKEY Users:
- Press “enter”
- Scroll down to “ESYNC PHONE #”
- Press “enter”
- At “SELECT PHONE” “1 OR 2”, Press “1”
- If this number is “574-523-0501” (the number will appear without punctuation), your displayKEY needs to be programmed to dial the new eSYNC phone number.
To correct the eSYNC phone number, follow the above directions until the phone number appears.
- At the phone number screen, simply enter in the new telephone number, without punctuation. The new number will appear as “18005904857”.
- Press “enter” to save the change. The word “SUCCESSFUL” will appear.
Please note: if you must currently dial “9” (or other number) to get an outside line, you need to program that number in first (i.e. “918005904857”).

KeyBox CONVERSION SLATED FOR AUGUST 2006
The MLS will be converting to the iBox in late August. This will be a total conversion replacing all AEII Boxes. Benefits of the iBox are listed below. Accessing the iBox with a display key, smart phone, or Palm will depend on the level of service you sign up for. Additional information will be made available soon.
