ASSIGNING YOUR KEYBOX WHILE IN THE MLS

Dear MLS Update:

Is it possible to assign a lockbox to a listing in Supra while still logged in to the MLS all at the same time?

Dear Assigning in Goshen,

Paragon has a menu option called “Supra Keybox” that will be added to the Maintain Listings section of Listings module.  This new menu option, which can be found in the quick edit section of the listing maintenance page, will open a new popup window that will automatically log the user into the Supra KeyBox Services site.  From this popup window Paragon users will be able to add, modify, or delete any KeyBox information.  They will also have access to various settings and Activity Reports.  
Users who wish to establish key boxes for their listings must first be a member of Supra's KeyBox Services. Once a user is added to the Supra database the individual will have the ability to add, modify, or delete key boxes for any listing that he or she created in Paragon.  Any listing created in Paragon can be associated with a key box number.   
Note:  A new listing can be instantly associated with a key box, however only limited information will be used to provide a key box for this listing.  Once Supra runs it's daily export the rest of the information contained in the listing will be transferred into the Supra's database.

How it Works

  • To establish a lock box using the new integration process the user must have a security level high enough to create and maintain a listing, which is either the main Broker or Clerical staff.
  • The user will then navigate to Listings > Maintain Listings.A
  • A user must then select the desired listing and select the “Supra Keybox” action from the quick edit drop-down

  • Paragon will launch a new window that will automatically login the user into Supra’s lock box site.

  •  The user will need to click on the ASSIGN link to establish a key box for a listing.
  • The user will continue by entering the KeyBox Serial Number and the Shackle Code into the provided fields.

  • Once this process is complete, the listing will be assigned that KeyBox Serial Number.  
  • Now the user will be able to access the Activity Reports and Settings by clicking on the associated links on the screen.
