Even better news!  This new eKEY software release and all future software releases will be available for immediate download on KIM. Now, you no longer have to wait for CD shipments or be concerned about having the latest software.  Simply log-on to KIM and download the most current software for eKEY certified devices. 

Note:  you must load eKEY software version # 4.3.01 which is now available on KIM in order for eKEY to work on the Treo 680.

Since many members have already purchased the Treo 680, SUPRA will be sending out a short message to all key holders in associations that have upgraded to full iBOX after the Treo 680 was initially launched by Palm this past November.

Please refer all agent questions regarding new devices to our Technical Support department at 877-699-6787, seven days a week from 5:00 AM until 7:00 PM, Pacific Time.


Voice Mail Updates

Don’t forget to utilize the networking features of the Board’s voice mail system.  Using these features will make life much easier for all the agents. 

Listed below is a Voice Mail Quick Key chart and a Toll Saver Tip as well as instructions on how to make, send and answer a voice mail.

Voice Mail Quick Key Chart

A – Answer message
C – Confirmation of receipt
D – Discard message
G – Give it to another user
K – Keep Message
P – Play the message again
X – Exit System
1 – Pause message while playing (# - Un pauses message)
8 – Skips message and leaves it unplayed
# - Forwards message 5 seconds
* - Rewinds message 5 seconds

Toll Saver Tip

You can save toll charges if you know this tip.  You can determine immediately if you have new messages or not.  If you dial your voice mail and hear a single ring, you have no new messages and should immediately hang up.  If you hear the greeting immediately, you have new messages.

How do I make, send and answer a voice message ?

Call your voice mail number and enter your passcode. From the main menu in your voice mail:

  • Press (M) to Make a new message
  • Enter the voicemail number you are sending a message to
  • Press (#) to start recording a message – after your are finished
  • Press (#) to end recording
  • Press (9) to send

This is the recommended way to call other agents instead of calling their voice mail directly. If you use this method to leave the agent a message all they have to do is press (A) to answer your message and (9 or X) to send. You can then Press D to discard the message or K to keep it.
