Dear Photos:

Our photographer automatically takes photos of all listings inside Elkhart County except vacant land. If you have a photo that you would like to replace his photo with, you may email it to mls@ecbor.com . However, when emailing the photo, you must name the photo attachment by the MLS number.

Dear MLS Update:

I read that we have 7 days to send in a copy of the listing contract. Is this true?

Dear Listing:

You are correct. According to the MLS Rules & Regulations, Section 1 Listing Procedures, listings need to be delivered to the MLS office within seven (7) days. Failure to do so will result in a $25 fine. Due to recent abuse, the MLS office will be monitoring this area more closely. Also, please put the MLS number near the "special instructions" area on all listings contracts.
