Dear Accessing:

The Greater South Bend Mishawaka Association of REALTORS went LIVE with their new MLS system on April 22, 2003. In order to access their new system, log onto http://www.ecbor.com or http://sbi.mlxchange.com. Your user name will be your first and last name without a space. Your password will remain the same as it was in the old South Bend Mishawaka MLS system. If you can't remember it, call the Elkhart County Board office at 875-3283. We will try to get it for you.

The first time you log on, you will be required to register by reading the license agreement and entering your email address. After that, you will only be asked for your user name and password. Questions on the functionality of the new South Bend MLS system should be directed to one of the following areas:

After April 22, 2003, you are advised to review all listing information in the South Bend Mishawaka MLS to check for accuracy especially the number of baths, bedrooms, site description-acreage, and possession date.
