Elkhart County MLS Chooses Paragon For Their Next MLS System
The MLS Board of Directors voted to sign a three-year contract with FNIS for the Paragon system. The new system will replace the current system when the contract runs out in October of 2004.
The MLS hosted a demonstration of the Paragon system for members in April. The demonstration was attended by approx. 100 members and the system has many new features that will help the agent in their day to day business.
The contract will be signed in the next 45 days. After the contract is signed, it will take approx. 120 days to develop, build and test the system. Then training will be set up and the system can run together for 60 days if needed.
We will send information out to the Participants after the contract is signed with detailed information. If anyone has any questions, please feel free to call Julie at the Board office.
Participant Meeting To Be Held Tuesday, May 25, 2004
THE MLS Participants will be meeting on Tuesday, May 25, 2004 at the Elkhart Chamber of Commerce from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. The Participants will be voting on a By-laws change, viewing a program on Virtual Office Websites, discussing Shared Services with surrounding boards and other miscellaneous items.
