HOT TIPS FOR DisplayKEY USERS
Here are some helpful hot tips for DisplayKEY users!
- Press Enter and 1 at the same time to reset or restart your DisplayKEY. \In dim light or at night, press and hold the Enter button to turn on your DisplayKEY's backlight.
- If your cradle isn't working properly, unplug it and wait ten seconds, then plug it back in. This resets the cradle and may resolve the problem.
- Enter your PIN code in the comfort of your car. Your DisplayKEY will search for a KeyBox for five minutes, giving you plenty of time to access the listing.
- If you are having trouble getting the keys out of a gray (AEII) KeyBox, push your DisplayKEY tightly against the KeyBox contacts and hold it there.
- Remember that iBox key containers do not drop out when opened. Press up on the key container after you hear the fast beeps.

SUPRA’S USB CRADLES — WHAT ARE THOSE AND WHO WOULD WANT ONE???
Today, even in Elkhart County, members have done away with land-line phones. They have opted to use a cell phone or have Internet phone service. In this case, they cannot use a “regular” cradle and they need to move to a USB cradle.
This DisplayKEY USB Cradle was developed for key holders who do not have an active phone outlet. In order to be installed, the cradle has the following technical requirements:
- Computer with Windows 2000, XP Home or XP Professional operating system
- Active high-speed internet connection (Computer/internet connection must be
on from midnight to 6AM to Auto SYNC a displayKEY)
- Available USB port
- CD-ROM Drive
To obtain this cradle you first call Supra at 1-877-699-6787 and they will give you the authorization to swap out your land-line cradle for the USB cradle. See below on specifics:
"Dear GE Security Customer:
We are pleased to announce the DisplayKEY USB Cradle is fully available for exchange or purchase by Association/MLS offices or directly by your members.
The Support Center and Customer Operations are ready to process orders for cradles at this time.
Key Holder (Real Estate Agent) Exchange Process:
1. Call Agent Services at 1-877-699 -6787 – Select Option 1, Option 3, then Option 1
2. We will ship a DisplayKEY USB Cradle to the agents specified address so they can continue to do business while in transit.
3. Members will have 14 business days to return their standard phone DisplayKEY Cradle following the exchange instructions included in the shipping container of the DisplayKEY USB Cradle
2. We will ship a DisplayKEY USB Cradle to their specified address

The access hours for the Elkhart County Lock Boxes have changed. The pre-programmed times set for access will be as follows:
Spring / Summer
8:00 AM – 11:00 PM
Fall / Winter
7:00 AM – 10:00 PM
