2006 ANNUAL REALTOR DUES ARE DUE
Please remember your 2006 Annual REALTOR dues were due October 1, 2005. Anyone who pays after October 31, 2005 will be assessed a $75.00 late fee. Please contact the Board office for more information. 
CHANGES TO BOARD FORMS EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 2005
MOVE TO STATE FORMS SCHEDULED FOR JULY 1, 2006
The combined Elkhart County/St. Joe County forms task force has been meeting to determine how to integrate necessary changes into the existing forms. The forms being changed are the Seller's Disclosure, Listing Contract and Purchase Agreement. The Board will be reducing its normal order and we suggest offices watch their forms inventory closely in these categories.
The actual changes to the existing forms will be made available to members prior to the release of the forms so offices that use the Board forms will have time to review the changes.
In addition, the Board of Directors voted to move to State forms effective July 1, 2006. However, the Board encourages agents to start utilizing the State forms made available to agents through Zip Forms now. The Board will carry paper forms for the Listing Agreement, Purchase Agreement, Seller Disclosure, Counter Offer Forms, Lead Base Paint Disclosure and Lead Base Paint Pamphlets. All other forms will be available through ZipForms.
We will be asking the State Association to provide training sessions to the membership prior to our move to State forms. The revised Listing Contract and Purchase Agreement language comes almost entirely from the state forms so the revised forms will be a step in the same direction. In addition, the Board anticipates offering training on Zip Forms once we are settled in the new office and have the training room up and running.
Please watch for more detailed information to be forthcoming.  2006 COMMITTEE INFORMATION
The new year is almost upon us. The 2006 President, Don DeShano, will soon begin to appoint Committee Chairman for the Board's committees. If you have an interest in serving as Chair for 2006, call us and let us know.
If you wish to serve on the Committees for next year, fill out the request form and send it to the Board. Get your requests in by December 19, 2005. Click here for enrollment form.
