You are invited to attend the
October 2005 Membership Meeting

The October membership meeting is the annual meeting for ECBOR and MLS. At the meeting, you will be voting on the proposed slate of officers and directors for the 2006 ECBOR Board and MLS Board of Directors. The ECBOR proxy, notice, and ECBOR ByLaw changes (click here) were mailed to each REALTOR member and the MLS proxy and notice (click here) were mailed to each Participant prior to the meeting. If you are not able to attend, but would still like to cast your vote, please fax or mail your proxy to the Board office. Please note that MLS Participants will have two proxies, one for ECBOR and one for MLS.

Our speaker for the meeting will be Bob Yapp. He has been the Community Preservation Specialist with Historic Landmarks Foundation of Indiana (HLFI) since June 2004.

Bob has written and co-written many woodworking and home improvement articles in national magazines and currently writes for Renovation Style Magazine. He also writes a weekly column in the South Bend Tribune called, About Your House.

Outside of HLFI, Bob travels America as a historic preservation, planning consultant and gives keynote speeches and seminars. Bob's new book, Preservation Doesn't Cost...It Pays, is due out in the Fall of 2005.
