Registration fees: $399

Tuition includes 30 hours of classroom instruction by outstanding instructors, 16 hours of Indiana Continuing Education credit for salespersons and brokers, two-hour exam (GRI candidates only), study materials, coffee breaks, and the Monday evening "ice-breaker." Tuition does not include sleeping accommodations or meals.

2005 CONTINUING EDUCATION CLASSES SET FOR THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 17 TH AND FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 18 TH

The 2005 Continuing Education classes have been scheduled for November 17 th and 18 th at the Ramada Inn Conference Center in Elkhart . The speaker and the course content have been confirmed. We will offer Anti trust, License Law and the Code of Ethics for the mandatory classes on Thursday, and technology classes on Friday to cover the elective course content. The cost will not increase from the last several years, $20.00 per hour for members or $125.00 for all 16 hours. Click here for Registration form. Teacher's Credit Union has agreed to sponsor lunch for all attendees on Thursday. Lunch will be a buffet in the pool area. They will also sponsor one of the breaks on Thursday. Thursday a.m. break will be sponsored by Meridian Title and the afternoon break will be sponsored by Land Grant Title. Teachers Credit Union will also sponsor the Friday morning break. CRS 201— LISTING STRATEGIES FOR THE RESIDENTIAL SPECIALIST WITH LeROY HOUSER

Just a quick note of an upcoming Advanced Education class.  This will be held at the Seasons in Nashville, Indiana on October 13-14th .  It is a 2-day class offered towards the Certified Residential Specialist designation (CRS).  There is an early bird registration cost of $300 if ordered by September 5th.   The regular price is $325.   Online registration is available at:  http://www.mollyguard.com/event/15940679 .  

LeRoy Houser is one of the National Instructors approved for advanced education classes for CRS and GRI.  He is one that always gets rave reviews.  If you've considered "getting your feet wet" with some advanced classes, this would be a good start!!
