The 2007 Annual REALTOR® Dues were mailed out to the Brokers on August 15, 2006 and are due October 1, 2006. Agents who have not yet received their invoice should contact their Principal Broker for a copy of the dues invoice. Please be aware that dues paid after October 31, 2006 will be subject to penalties and late fees in accordance with the ByLaws. All new agents who join after August 15, 2006 will be expected to pay the 2007 dues in addition to the pro-rated 2006 dues. Personal checks, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express are accepted. For Q and A on the Annual Dues, click here.
The dues invoice includes an opportunity to donate to RPAC. We hope this will make it more convenient for you to contribute to RPAC. Contributions to RPAC are voluntary and are used for political purposes. You may contribute more or less than the amount suggested or refuse to contribute without affecting your membership rights.
Remember, your contribution is an investment in your business and a commitment to preserving the future of your industry. RPAC helps elect officials at the national, state and local levels who support private property rights and the free enterprise system.
In July, the Board office mailed out two important forms to the Principal Broker. The Principal Broker is required to submit a Declaration of Primary Board Affiliation Form, indicating which Board will hold the Primary membership for the Broker and all active agents affiliated with his or her office. A Limited Function Referral Office Certification Form was also sent instructing the Principal Broker to list all the agents affiliated with his or her office that are in referral. The two forms must be completed each year by the Principal Broker. If you have not already done so, please fax both forms to the Elkhart County Board of REALTORS® at 875-7174 or mail them to 57225 Alpha Drive, Goshen IN 46528.
