General Session

NAR is honored to present two distinguished past presidents – President George H.W. Bush and President Bill Clinton - at the all-attendee General Session.

Their contributions to America and the world have continued beyond their presidencies, most recently through the Bush-Clinton Katrina Fund to help those in the Gulf Region. The Bush-Clinton Katrina Fund has raised more than $125 million to date and has so far announced $40 million in grants to the affected states, $30 million in grants to higher education institutions, and $20 million to help rebuild churches that were devastated by Katrina.

REALTORS® Celebrity Concert starring Harry Connick Jr.

Over the past two decades, Harry Connick Jr. has proven to be among the world's most successful and multi-talented artists. As a musician, singer, composer, actor, and now Broadway performer, Harry Connick Jr. is a unique talent in the world of contemporary entertainment. His achievements include album sales of more than 25 million copies, three Grammy Awards, an Emmy award, and Tony nominations. This year, he took on Broadway in the The Pajama Game to rave reviews, sold out audiences, and a Tony nomination. In November, he will perform for REALTORS® in his hometown of New Orleans on Sunday, November 12, 2006.
