I was wondering if there is a way to put all my selected listings on the same map all at once.  Is this possible?

Dear Mapping,

Yes it is possible.  After you have selected all your listings, click on Views/Reports.  Go into Specialty Views and then Map.  All your listings will appear on the map with a one-line spreadsheet at the bottom.

Dear MLS Update:

When I do a search in Paragon, it automatically goes to the default one line spreadsheet.  How can I get it to show the summary one line spreadsheet that displays the icons that show associated docs and history?

Dear Needing Icons:

The system automatically defaults to the One Line Spreadsheet.  There is a “Select View” box directly below the Count Button located on the search criteria page.  You need to change your view to Summary One Line. 

If you are already on the Default One Line spreadsheet page, click on View/Reports, Spreadsheet, and the Summary One Line.
