The cost for all 16 hours of continuing education is $125.00 for members and $150.00 for non-members. Deadline for $125.00 registration is Thursday, November 10, 2005. Cost is $150.00 after November 10, 2005. Lunch will be provided on Thusday compliments of Teachers Credit Union. Lunch on Friday will be on your own.

Submit this form and send your check payable to ECBOR to: 57225 Alpha Drive, Goshen, IN 46528-7805. You will not be registered unless your payment is received. If you wish to charge your fees for these courses, please print the authorization form and fax or mail it to the ECBOR offices.

Licensees will be required to sign in 10 minutes prior to each course and show their pocket card. The law mandates that no credit be granted unless the licensee attends the entire class. Late arrival and early departure is not allowed. Registration deadline is November 10, 2005. Late registration and walk-ins will be charged non-member prices.
