Affiliate Vendor Show!
This
will be an opportunity for your organization to showcase your products
or services to the REALTOR® members.
Additional
information that will be useful to your organization should you
decide to participate:
- Affiliate
membership in the Elkhart County Board of REALTORS®
is required. An organization endorsed by the local, state
or national association is also eligible.
- Spaces
are available on a first come, first served basis the day
of the show unless you have indicated a special need such
as electric, wall space, etc. Please indicate any special
needs on the registration form. Space will be secured upon
receipt of your check. Only the space that is paid for will
be available. If additional space (2 1/2' x 6') is needed,
there will be an additional charge of $50.00.
- Door
prizes are optional. Organizations that choose to provide
door prizes will have an opportunity to participate in a
drawing to be held at 12:45 PM. Vendors are not eligible
to win door prizes.
- Show
time is from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Lunch will be available
after 11:30 and is complimentary to all Vendor participants.
- Tables
with skirting will be provided. Table sizes are 2 1/2' x
6'.
- Set
up time will be any time after 10:00 AM the day of the show

form and submit it, along with your check, to the Board Office no later than Thursday, September 15, 2005.
