- New members will need to complete the Application for Membership. (Agents: Complete Section I and II ONLY.)
- New members will need to pay the scheduled fees. Paperwork and fees are due at the time of application.
- For MLS services, new members will need the following forms:
- New members will bring the application, fees and other required documents to the Board Office. (An appointment is necessary and can be obtained by calling Carol at the Board Office — 574-875-3283.) New members will receive their Agent ID number, password for MLS access and voice mail number at their appointment.
- The application will be submitted to the Board for approval. Upon approval, the new member will receive a letter with the date they will be presented to the membership, date of orientation and the information needed to access the South Bend MLS.
- An appointment is necessary for keypad training. The new member should call the Board Office to schedule a training class — 574-875-3283. At keypad training, the new member will pay the required fees, attend training and receive their keypad.
- The forms referenced herein are available in Word or PDF format. Once completed, they may be faxed to the Board prior to the new member's appointment (574-875-7174 Fax) or brought to the appointment.
